Allocate resources for assigned projects, manage schedules and teams to ensure efficiency.
Negotiate costs with contractors for appropriate procurement and contracting.
Monitor and report on the progress of equipment orders related to the work.
Maintain work standards and ensure compliance with project plans and specifications.
Collaborate with clients to determine construction methods and approaches to meet project schedules and plans.
Manage safety on the project site.
Manage the project budget and control expenses to stay within the allocated budget.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely delivery of work as per contract deadlines.
Coordinate with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, and clients.
Other tasks as assigned
